These days many credit cards are coming with a cash advance capability, You can use this as any of your debit card, provided your bank provides this facility and you have enough   credit limit to get it (Obvious).                                              You can also issue a check on your name itself to get the money from credit card , provided you are having a check book associated with your account. But please contact with bank as they may be charging some extra percentage for using this facility to getting  money in advance from a credit card.
